Insurance

I am an out of network provider.  Depending on your health insurance provider and benefit plan, it is possible for you to be reimbursed for services provided. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you.  I can provide monthly superbills as needed.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards, including Health Savings Accounts, as forms of payment.  I use an electronic payment service that is HIPAA secure.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to appointment; Friday for a Monday appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged for the session.
